Custom Nurture Action Plan

With our Custom Nurture Action Plan process, we take on your creative writing challenge and actually write your letters for you.

With the experience of writing hundreds of actions plans, we know the words that work and the words to avoid. We’ll do all the heavy lifting for you.

Here’s how it works:

  1. The first easy step in the process is to call our Sales Department and schedule a conference call with Jim. We’ll discuss who you want to Nurture and your desired outcome. We’ll get very clear on your goals for Nurturing.
  2. We’ll send you pre-consulting assignments to complete and return to us. You’ll also send us a “goodie box” containing any company brochures, copies of advertisements or correspondences you’ve sent this group in the past along with company videos, etc. Anything we would need to see where you’ve been so we can understand where you want to go.
  3. We’ll have a recorded interview conference call. In this conversation, you will essentially tell us your story. We’ll explore your ideal “A” customer, articulate your differentiation and determine the exact steps needed to cause your prospects and customers to do exactly what you want them to.
  4. We’ll study your customer, create your position and differentiation statement and incorporate your uniqueness in a twelve-month long series of sincere, professional, interesting and persistent letters. From that conversation we will craft your Custom Nurture Action Plan. Each plan of action will contain the strategies and actual letters that make up a 12-month, continuous contact program to attract and persuade prospects or retain and leverage current client relationships.
  5. Finally we’ll send you your completed plan and have one last conversation so Jim can walk you through the completed campaign step by step. Your action plan will come to you on a disk ready and waiting for you to print out on your letterhead, sign and drop in the mail. All your administrator will need is your word processor and your contact manager software to keep you on track.

The entire process only takes approximately 4-6 weeks from start to finish. Just imagine in as little as 69 to 90 days, your process could be in place and your most important prospects and clients won’t be forgotten.
